Valentine’s Day Desserts

Ingredients

The Filling

  • 2 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day sprinkles

The Base

  • 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • red food coloring (optional)

The Candy

  • 3 cups white baking chips
  • 24 ounces white almond bark
  • 32 ounces dry roasted peanuts
  • 4 cups tiny pretzel twists
  • pink food coloring

The Cream Topping

  • 1 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The Cookies

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

The Frosting

  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar (sifted)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons meringue powder
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons water
  • Red or pink food coloring gel
  • Sprinkles (optional)
