Twinkie Cake

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding with the whole milk and whisk until thickened. This should take just a few minutes, and the mixture will have a tremendous creamy consistency.
  2. Carefully slice the Twinkies in half lengthwise. This will create two halves for each Twinkie, ready for layering in your serving dish.
  3. Begin layering the Twinkie halves in the bottom of your prepared serving dish. Arrange them in a single layer, ensuring they cover the bottom completely.
  4. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the Twinkies. Use a spatula to distribute it evenly, ensuring each Twinkie is well-covered. The tremendous creaminess of the pudding will seep into the layers.
  5. Next, add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries over the pudding, creating a fresh and vibrant layer of flavor. The sweetness of the strawberries complements the richness of the pudding perfectly.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, making sure to end with a layer of whipped topping on the very top. This final layer adds a beautiful, light finish to your cake.
