Sweet Chili Pineapple Sauce

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the chopped pineapple, water, sugar, rice vinegar, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir them together to create a tremendous mix of flavors.

  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Allow the mixture to warm until it comes to a simmer, letting those aromas dance through your kitchen.
