The Base
- 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
