Creating these stuffed crust pizza snacks is simpler than you might think. Just follow these easy steps to achieve tremendous results:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well so that the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil to the bowl. Stir until a dough begins to form. You’ll notice the dough start to come together in a tremendous way!
  3. Transfer your dough to a floured surface. Knead it for about 5-7 minutes, working the dough until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the kneaded dough back in the bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour. The dough should double in size during this time.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) so it’s nice and hot for when your snacks are ready.
  6. Roll out the dough into circles about 6 inches in diameter. This will be the base for your snacks.
  7. Take pieces of string cheese and place them around the edges of the dough circle. This will create that famed stuffed crust.
  8. Now, fold the dough over the cheese, pressing to seal it. Make sure the cheese is well enclosed for that tremendous melting effect.
  9. Add your desired toppings into the center of each dough circle. Be creative with combinations!
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough turns a beautiful golden brown. The aroma should be delightful!
