Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure it’s bringing that tremendous warmth necessary for even baking.

In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, strawberry Jell-O, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix until all ingredients are well integrated and the batter is smooth.

Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom. This creates the perfect base for the layer of strawberries.

In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped strawberries to create a sweet filling. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the batter in the pan.

Pour the remaining batter on top of the strawberry filling, giving it a tremendous layer of flavor and goodness.

If you desire a more elaborate look, create a marble effect by gently swirling with a knife—don’t overdo it! This will blend the flavors without losing the cake’s structure.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The aroma wafting through your kitchen will be simply heavenly!

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

While the cake cools, prepare the topping by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the milk to achieve your preferred consistency.

Once the cake has cooled, drizzle the icing over the top. Let it set slightly before slicing.
