The Base

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The Topping

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
