Spaghetti Tacos

Directions

  1. Begin by cooking the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Make sure to break the spaghetti in half before cooking for easier handling. Drain the noodles and set them aside.

  2. In a large skillet, place the lean ground beef over medium heat. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Drain any excess fat to keep the mixture lean and healthy.

  3. Once the ground beef is ready, stir in the marinara sauce. Add the reserved spaghetti noodles to the skillet and mix everything together well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy the tremendous aroma that fills your kitchen!

  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) as you prepare the tacos.

  5. Take each crispy taco shell and fill it with the spaghetti mixture. Be generous–you want each taco to be brimming with that tremendous filling! Once filled, top each taco shell with a sprinkle of shredded cheese.

  6. Place the filled taco shells upright in a baking dish. Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Your goal is to melt the cheese and warm the tacos to perfection.

  7. Finally, remove the baking dish from the oven. If you’re feeling fancy, garnish your spaghetti tacos with chopped parsley for a touch of color. Serve them warm and watch everyone’s faces light up with joy.
