In a slow cooker, combine the beef, bell pepper, carrot, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Stir well to mix everything together. The combined flavors will start a tremendous journey that sets the stage for your dish.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender. The longer cooking time on low will give you richer flavors, so choose whichever suits your schedule best.

About 15 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker. Allow them to cook in the simmering broth, soaking up all those tremendous flavors you’ve built throughout the day.

Once everything is cooked, give it a good stir to combine the noodles and the broth. Serve hot, garnished with green onions to add a fresh touch to the dish.
