Reese’s Peanut Butter Fluff

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. The whipped cream should be light and airy, providing a tremendous base for your fluff.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no lumps, as this mixture forms the heart of your fluff.

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful to keep the mixture fluffy; you want that tremendous lightness to carry through.

  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups. This adds a delightful burst of additional peanut butter flavor along with creamy chocolate goodness.

  5. If desired, fold in the crushed graham crackers for added texture. This step is optional, but it brings a crunchy contrast that complements the smooth fluff beautifully.

  6. Transfer the fluff to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld, and the fluff to set perfectly.

  7. Serve chilled as a dip, spread, or dessert topping. Enjoy it with apple slices, pretzels, or simply on its own!
