Reese’s Peanut Butter Dessert Ball

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy, which will take about 2-3 minutes.

  2. Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and the optional chopped peanut butter cups. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture; this ensures each bite has a tremendous flavor and texture.

  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Make sure it’s tightly wrapped and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This chilling process helps the dessert to firm up and become easier to roll in the coating later.

  4. While the dessert ball firms up, prepare the coating. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the remaining mini Reese’s Pieces, mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, and finely chopped peanut butter cups.

  5. Once the dessert ball has chilled and is firm, remove it from the plastic wrap. Roll it in the coating mixture so that it is evenly covered with the delightful toppings.

  6. Serve the Reese’s Peanut Butter Dessert Ball with an assortment of dipping options such as graham crackers, pretzel sticks, vanilla wafers, or sliced apples. Each bite you take is a tremendous experience, combining multiple textures and flavors into a blissful treat.
