Ingredients

The Filling

  • 340 g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 190 ml heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups freeze-dried raspberries, powdered, and seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

The Coating

  • 200 g dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), finely chopped

Optional Toppings

  • Cacao nibs
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
