Directions
-
Begin by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan, forming a solid crust.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens. This step is tremendous because a well-prepared pudding will create a rich layer that complements the other flavors beautifully. Spread the chocolate pudding layer evenly over the crust, ensuring that it reaches all corners.
-
In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth. This process infuses air, making the filling light and fluffy. Fold in the whipped topping gently to maintain that fabulous texture. Layer this creamy mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
-
Next, pour raspberry puree over the cream cheese layer. The bright color and tart flavor provide a tremendous burst of freshness that cuts through the richness of the chocolate and cream.
-
If desired, repeat with another layer of pudding followed by the cream cheese mixture. This creates a taller lasagna, amplifying the flavors and textures even more.
-
Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours or until completely set. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully. Just before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries to add a visually stunning touch.
