Ingredients

The Base

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

The Filling

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
