Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). This initial step is crucial as it prepares your kitchen for baking, allowing the pretzels to achieve the perfect texture in the oven.

Arrange the mini pretzels on a baking sheet. Set them out in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. This allows for even heating and a tremendous crunchy texture.

Place a chocolate kiss on top of each pretzel. The sweet chocolate will perfectly complement the salty pretzel base, creating a balance that is tremendously satisfying.

Bake in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate is soft but not melted. Keep a close eye on them during this short baking time; the goal is to soften the chocolate without melting it completely. The aroma will be tremendous at this point!

Remove from the oven and gently press an M&M onto each chocolate kiss. The pressure will slightly flatten the kiss, allowing the vivid color of the M&M to shine through and create a festive look.
