Directions

  1. Preheat your oven: Start by setting your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). This ensures that your Pizza Chips will cook evenly and develop a wonderful crispness.

  2. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will help prevent the cheese from sticking and make cleanup a breeze.

  3. Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. If you enjoy a little background heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

  4. Form the chips: Use a spoon to drop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Remember, they will spread a little during baking, so give them some room to breathe.
