Pineapple Rice

Directions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This step is essential, as it removes excess starch, yielding a fluffier finished product that you will truly appreciate.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, pineapple juice, water, and kosher salt. The mixture should glisten beautifully as you prepare for the tremendous journey of flavors that lies ahead.
