Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). This step ensures your cheesecake bakes evenly, creating that perfect texture.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. This mixture will serve as the foundation for your cheesecake.

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Make sure to pack it tightly for a sturdy base.

  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth. This will ensure a creamy filling, devoid of lumps.

  5. Add the powdered sugar, crushed pineapple, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until everything is fully combined. The pineapple adds a tremendous burst of flavor.

  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly. The bright yellow filling should sit snugly atop your delightful crust.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. A bit of jiggle is okay, as it will firm up in the fridge later.
