Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Quesadillas

Directions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat. If you want a tremendous crust, ensure the skillet is heated adequately before adding any ingredients—not too hot, but enough to create a glorious golden brown.

  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet carefully. This will be the base of your quesadilla, so make sure it sits flat and adjusts to the heat evenly.

  3. Spread pizza sauce over the tortilla. Take a generous amount, but be careful not to overdo it. Follow with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese and a layer of sliced pepperoni, allowing these tremendous flavors to meld together.

  4. Top with another tortilla. Gently press down on it to ensure the filling stays in place and the cheese can work its magic as it melts.

  5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown. Keep an eye on it; this should take about 3-4 minutes. You want the cheese to start melting into a sticky, inviting blanket.

  6. Carefully flip the quesadilla. Use a spatula and stay cautious. Cooking the other side until it is golden brown and crispy is key to achieving that perfect quesadilla texture.

  7. Remove from skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges for easy handling; they look beautiful and inviting on any plate.

  8. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping. This extra touch elevates the experience, offering a tangy complement to the savory quesadilla. Enjoy every tremendous bite!
