Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish to ensure nothing sticks.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips together over low heat. Stir continually until the mixture is smooth and combined, then remove it from the heat.

  3. Next, stir in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to create a cohesive mixture.

  4. Gently add the granulated sugar, flour, and cocoa powder to the bowl. Mix until just combined, avoiding excessive stirring to keep the brownies tender.

  5. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly to form the base of your tremendous dessert.

  6. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and milk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.

  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer and sprinkle the Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips generously on top.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  9. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing them into squares, making sure each piece showcases that tremendous, layered effect.
