Peanut Butter Bread with Raspberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

The Base

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

The Filling (for Raspberry Freezer Jam)

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for jam)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1.75 ounces Sure-Jell Fruit Pectin
  • 3/4 cup water
