Directions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Give your oven a few minutes to reach this tremendous temperature, ensuring a perfect baking environment for your chicken.
-
In one bowl, mix grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated. This mixture is what creates the unbelievable crust you’ll love.
-
In another bowl, beat the eggs. This will serve as the binding agent for the superb breadcrumbs when we coat our chicken.
-
Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to press down firmly so the breadcrumbs adhere well to the chicken, forming a tremendous layer of flavor.
-
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Make sure they are spaced evenly to allow for even cooking and browning.
-
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. This will enhance the crispiness of the crust while helping to keep the chicken moist inside.
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. You’re looking for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) to ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
-
Serve hot. Enjoy this tremendous dish straight from the oven, perhaps paired with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables to complete a satisfying meal.
