Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.

Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Once baked, carefully roll the cake in the parchment paper and let it cool completely.

In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and crushed Oreos until smooth.

Once the cake is cool, unroll it and spread the Oreo cream cheese filling over the entire surface.

Roll the cake back up, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before serving. Enjoy your showstopper dessert!
