One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies: Easy Family Delight

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). The heat will help create the tremendous caramelization of flavors in the veggies and kielbasa, enhancing the overall taste.

  2. Prepare the vegetables: While the oven is heating, wash and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Make sure to cut the baby potatoes in half so they cook evenly. Place both the peppers and potatoes in a large mixing bowl along with the baby carrots.

  3. Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. This sweet and savory mixture will be the truly tremendous glaze that brings the dish together.

  4. Combine ingredients: Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the vegetables in your mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and toss everything together until the veggies are well coated.

  5. Add kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into thick rounds and add them to the bowl. Toss again to ensure that the sausage is evenly mixed with the veggies and sauce.

  6. Prepare the baking dish: On a large baking sheet, spread the mixture out in a single layer. This allows for even cooking and tremendous flavor development as the ingredients roast.

  7. Roast in the oven: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, stir the mixture gently to turn the veggies and kielbasa for even browning.

  8. Finish and garnish: Once the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is slightly crispy, remove the pan from the oven. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle fresh parsley or chopped green onions over the top for a burst of color and flavor.

  9. Serve: Serve the dish warm, straight from the pan, to truly enjoy this delightful family meal. The medley of flavors and textures will surely satisfy everyone at the table.
