One-Pan Chicken with Creamy Buttered Noodles

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper for that tremendous flavor. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. It’s important to scrape any bits left behind from the chicken as this adds tremendous depth to your sauce. Add the egg noodles directly to the broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

  3. After the noodles are cooked, stir in the heavy cream. This will create a luxurious sauce that coats the noodles perfectly. Return the chicken to the pan, allowing everything to simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.

  4. Finally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving. This final touch not only enhances visual appeal but also adds a fresh flavor that brightens the dish.
