Ingredients

The Base

  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs

The Dry Mix

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

The Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

For the Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
