Ingredients
The Base
- 1 1⁄2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 cup (240g) plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
The Filling
- 1 cup (150–180g) mixed fruit, chopped (berries, mango, pineapple, apple, peaches — fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp flour (to toss the fruit)
Optional Glaze
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp yogurt or milk
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla
