The Base

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries or 1/4 cup smooth strawberry puree
The Crunch Topping
- 20 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry-flavored gelatin mix or 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
