Mini Baked Chicken Tacos

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with taco seasoning. Make sure the chicken is well-coated for a tremendous burst of flavor.

  3. Take a corn tortilla and fill it generously with the seasoned chicken mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. The combination of cheese and chicken is tremendous in creating a gooey texture that melts in your mouth.

  4. Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish, ensuring they are snug but not overcrowded for an even bake.

  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted. This will create a tremendous contrast of textures, from the crunchy shell to the tender filling.

  6. Serve warm, topped with sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired. The toppings add a refreshing finish, beautifully complementing the rich flavors of the tacos.
