Directions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This initial step is tremendous as it sets the stage for creating the perfect, golden chicken breast.

  2. Prepare your baking dish by greasing a 9×13-inch dish or lining it with parchment paper. This will make cleanup easier and help prevent sticking.

  3. Take the chicken breasts and pound them to an even thickness of about ¾ inch. This step is essential for even cooking, ensuring that every bite is tender and moist.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
