Directions
- Begin by cooking the penne pasta according to package instructions, until it’s al dente. Drain, but make sure to set it aside for later use.
- In a large skillet, heat a generous splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, seasoning them well with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until it is golden brown and completely cooked through, typically about 5-7 minutes.
