The Filling
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 4 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter (for lobster)
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
The Base
- 1 brioche bun, toasted
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1–2 slices tomato
- Optional: garlic aioli or spicy remoulade for drizzle
