Loaded Deviled Eggs

Directions

  1. Start by cutting the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate mixing bowl. You want to hold the egg whites gently to avoid breaking them.

  2. In the bowl with the yolks, mix in the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Use a fork to mash and stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined. This filling is going to be tremendous once it’s all together.

  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the hollowed egg white halves. If you want to make them look extra fancy, consider using a piping bag fitted with a star tip for an elegant finish.

  4. When you’re finished filling the egg whites, consider garnishing with additional bacon, cheese, or even a sprinkle of chopped chives or green onions for an added burst of flavor and color.

  5. Finally, serve your Loaded Deviled Eggs chilled. These are best enjoyed cold, so pop them in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.
