Directions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, and gently remove the yolks, placing them into a mixing bowl. Be careful not to break the whites; they should remain intact to hold the filling.
  2. In the bowl, mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, sour cream, and yellow mustard until smooth. This should yield a creamy filling that is both rich and tangy, making the flavors come alive in a tremendous way.
