Loaded Baked Potato with Steak Bites and Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). The right temperature is key to achieving that perfect baked potato skin.

  2. Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt. Prick the potatoes with a fork several times; this allows steam to escape during baking, ensuring they do not burst.

  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, letting it soak in to create a tremendous crispy skin. Sprinkle sea salt over the surface for added flavor.

  4. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack, allowing the hot air to circulate around them. Bake for about 45-60 minutes until they are tender when poked with a fork.

  5. In the meantime, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak bites. Cook until they are browned and reach your desired level of doneness; usually, about 3-5 minutes depending on the size of the bites.

  6. Prepare the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce according to your recipe or use a pre-made version for convenience. Stir until it’s smooth and rich, ready to complement the potatoes.

  7. Once the potatoes are done, let them cool slightly—just enough to handle them. Slice them open lengthwise and fluff the insides with a fork, making room for the toppings.

  8. Top the potatoes with the cooked steak bites, generously drizzle with the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, and add any optional toppings you desire. Enjoy this tremendous treat, letting each mouthful fill you with warmth and satisfaction!
