Once combined, add the broccoli and carrots to the skillet. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant. This should take about 5-7 minutes, ensuring that they maintain a slight crunch.

Serve the beef mixture over a bed of steaming cooked rice. Top with chopped green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds for an added touch of flavor and presentation.
