Italian Sliders

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This temperature is perfect for achieving that golden-brown exterior while ensuring the insides stay wonderfully soft and warm.

  2. Slice each slider roll in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Arrange them closely together to secure the filling and keep them from falling apart.

  3. Layer the deli meats and provolone cheese on top of the rolls. You can mix and match different deli meats, but a combination of ham, salami, and pepperoni always delivers tremendous flavor.

  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches. Gently press down to keep everything snugly in place.

  5. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders. This not only adds flavor but also contributes to a beautiful, shiny topping.

  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. The cheese will melt and create a delicious, slightly crispy layer that complements the rich filling.

  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Make sure the foil is secure; this helps everything steam and meld together beautifully.

  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the sliders are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Keep an eye on them to ensure they reach your desired level of crispness.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy! The moment you pull these sliders from the oven, you’ll be greeted with a tremendous aroma, beckoning everyone to gather and feast.
