Irish Potatoes

Directions

  1. In a large pot, add the potatoes, cabbage, garlic cloves, and chicken bouillon cubes. Cover with water and bring to a boil. The tremendous aroma of the ingredients mingling is simply irresistible!

  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. This gives the vegetables ample time to release their flavors.

  3. Drain the veggies and return them to the pot. This step is crucial for retaining the tremendous taste that defines Irish Potatoes.

  4. Add cream cheese, milk, butter, sour cream, and salt and pepper to taste. These creamy ingredients will elevate the dish’s texture to new heights.
