Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan thoroughly. This will ensure that your Hot Fudge Brownie Bread slides out easily after baking.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Make sure to mix well, as this will help to evenly distribute the leavening agent and ensure a tremendous rise.
  3. In a separate, larger bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until fully combined. The mixture should appear glossy and slightly thick. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the blend is smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients from the first bowl into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Take care not to over-mix, as this can make your brownie bread tough rather than tender.
  5. Fold in the hot fudge sauce, allowing it to create pockets of richness throughout the batter. This will add a tremendously delicious surprise in every bite.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula to ensure even baking.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, with just a few moist crumbs; this is essential for that lovely texture.
  8. Once baked, allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. This step is vital, as it helps preserve the soft, gooey center.
