The Flavorings
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
The Fillings
- 1/4 cup Bacardi Rum or hot water
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup dried orange cranberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
The Egg Wash and Glaze
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
