Guacamole with Fried Pork Rinds

Ingredients

The Base

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1–2 limes
  • Salt, to taste

The Filling

  • 1/4 small red or white onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1–2 serrano chiles or jalapeños, finely chopped
  • Optional: diced tomato or roasted tomatillo

The Crunch

  • 8–12 pieces pork chicharrón (crispy pork belly or pork rinds)
