Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

Directions

  1. Begin by preheating your grill or grill pan to medium heat. This step is crucial for achieving those beautiful grill marks and ensuring even cooking.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the packed brown sugar and ground cinnamon. This tremendous mixture will enhance the natural sweetness of the peaches and create a delightful crust on top.

  3. Lightly brush the cut side of each peach with melted butter. This not only adds flavor but also helps prevent sticking to the grill.

  4. Place the peaches, cut side down, onto the grill pan. Grill for about 3 minutes, or until the peaches start to soften slightly, and lovely grill marks form. The sizzling sound will be music to your ears!
