Ingredients

The Filling

  • 3–4 lbs pork shoulder, cut into large chunks
  • 1 tbsp oil

The Veggies

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 green chiles, chopped

The Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

The Base

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Lime juice (optional for serving)

Toppings

  • Cilantro, onions, lime wedges for serving
