Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry with Asparagus & Mushrooms


Ingredients

The Filling

  • 300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed & cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

The Base

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chili flakes or a splash of lemon juice
