Easy Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). This initial step is vital to ensure that your cheesecake bakes evenly and achieves the perfect texture.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix them well until you achieve a sandy texture. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form a solid base. The crust will provide a tremendous foundation for your cheesecake.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for the best results. Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to mix until fully incorporated, ensuring there are no lumps.

  4. Stir in the Fruity Pebbles and vanilla extract. The colorful cereal adds a whimsical touch and tremendous flavor, making your cheesecake instantly inviting. Gently fold in the whipped cream until it’s all well combined, taking care not to deflate the cream.

  5. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. It should look inviting and ready for the oven.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. This slight jiggle indicates a creamy texture once cooled, giving you that perfect cheesecake bite.

  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Chilling will enhance the flavors and improve the texture.
