The Base

The Filling
- 450 g cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The Ganache
- 150 g dark or milk chocolate (for ganache)
- 1/2 cup cream (for ganache)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for ganache)
