Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients

The Base:

  • 8 oz pasta (elbow, shells, or rotini)

The Filling:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow, according to preference)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives
  • Paprika for garnish
