Decadent Chocolate M&M’s and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly to ensure easy removal of the cake later.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. This step is key in creating a tremendous texture for your cookie base.

  3. Add the flour, salt, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined. The batter should be smooth and ready to embrace those delicious add-ins.

  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s. Make sure they are evenly distributed in the dough to enjoy every amazing bite.

  5. Press the cookie dough mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Use your hands to create an even layer, making sure the dough is compact but not overly pressed.
