Crispy Chilli Beef Rice

Directions

  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic into fine pieces. This ensures that they cook evenly and infuse their flavors into the beef.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until they start to soften and become fragrant.

  3. Next, toss in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. The tremendous aroma of garlic will fill your kitchen, setting the stage for the deliciousness to come.

  4. Now it’s time to add the beef mince to the pan. Cook it, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates and the meat is evenly browned. The beef should take about 5-7 minutes to achieve a lovely golden color.
