Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps

Directions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. This step produces a tremendous aroma that sets the stage for deliciousness.

  2. Stir in the flour, cooking for about 1 minute to create a roux. This helps to thicken the sauce and gives it a nice rich flavor.

  3. Gradually add the milk and heavy cream to the skillet, whisking constantly. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens; this may take about 3-5 minutes. The mixture should become smooth and creamy.

  4. Once thickened, add the diced cooked chicken, crunchy crispy bacon, and ranch dressing into the skillet. Mix well to combine all the tremendous flavors.

  5. Lay out your tortilla wraps on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of each wrap. Top with shredded lettuce and slices of fresh tomato to enhance texture and flavor.

  6. Roll up the wraps tightly, starting from one end and rolling to the opposite side. Slice in half diagonally for easy serving, and enjoy warm.
